Surveillance.....isn't luck...
It's about being in the right place, at the right time, with the right tools and that takes expertise and not a little bit of talent.
All too often we hear things like:
"Well we don't do surveillance anymore, it costs too much
and they never get anything anyway..."
or
"$1500.00 bills and they send reports that they 'lost them'..."
Surveillance done right should never be a "cost." If you can't look at the cases an agency has worked over a 12 month period and show that they saved you at least twice as much as they billed, then lose them.
At Horne Investigations we do several things very differently:
1. We have the expertise and talent not to "lose folks all the time."
2. We get video recorded evidence 99% of the time.
That's right we get video 99% of the time.
3. If we aren't proud of the work we've done and the information you'll receive,
we don't bill you for it.
We're not perfect and a lot can happen in the field we can't control, but we stay with it, make sure we are in the right place, at the right time, with the right vehicle and with investigators who have the talent to get the job done. When things go bad for us, we go out again and keep at it until we've been able to document the claimants normal activities.
Really, its that simple. Of course, it takes a whole lot to actually back up those words and still be able to make a living....and that's exactly what we've been doing for the nearly 30 years!!
